History
- 1960 (Showa 35)
- Established in Katori-cho, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo, with a capital of 400,000 yen as a manufacturer of plastic additives.
- 1965 (Showa 40)
- Moved the headquarters to Toneri, Adachi-ku, Tokyo. Completed the Adachi Head Office Factory and Research Laboratory. Increased the capital to 2.4 million yen.
- 1970 (Showa 45)
- Completed the Fujisawa Factory in Nagato, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, as a liquid product manufacturing plant. Increased the capital to 12 million yen.
- 1975 (Showa 50)
- Increased the capital to 35 million yen.
- 1984 (Showa 59)
- Signed a technical licensing agreement for the production of liquid stabilizers with Taiwan’s Nan Ya Plastics Corporation.
- 1985 (Showa 60)
- Signed a technical licensing agreement with Daikyo Kasei (currently KD CHEM) in South Korea.
- 1988 (Showa 63)
- Increased the capital to 43 million yen.
- 1992 (Heisei 4)
- Completed the Saitama Factory in Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture. Integrated the Fujisawa Factory and began production as the main liquid stabilizer plant.
- 2006 (Heisei 18)
- Integrated the manufacturing and research departments of the Adachi Head Office Factory into the Saitama Factory.
- 2020 (Reiwa 2)
- Moved the headquarters from Nishiarai, Adachi-ku, Tokyo to Kanda Mikura-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
